4. Shipping & Fulfillment (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment)

 

Orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) or other third-party logistics providers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Amazon may handle storage, packing, shipping, and returns on our behalf

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Fulfillment partners act solely as logistics providers, not sellers

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

 


5. Returns & Refunds (30-Day Rule)

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Important condition:

Returns and refunds are valid only after 30 days from the delivery date.

Additional conditions apply, including product condition and eligibility requirements. Used or washed items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet policy conditions.

 


6. Shipping Scope

 

At this time:

  • We sell and ship only within the United States

  • International orders are not accepted

Any attempt to place an order outside the U.S. may be canceled at our discretion.
