Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store, including orders fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

 



Return Eligibility Window (30 Days)

 

You may request a return or refund only after 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns requested before 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

The 14-day period is calculated based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

 



Eligible Products

 

Returns are accepted only for the following items:

  • Meditation cushions

  • Yoga towels

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed yoga towels and meditation cushions are not returnable.

 



Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

  • Sale items, clearance items, or promotional purchases (unless required by law)

  • Gift cards

 



How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 



Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

For orders fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, return processing will follow Amazon’s fulfillment handling, but our store’s return window and eligibility rules still apply.



Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

 



Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet eligibility conditions.

 



Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

 



Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Notice

Orders fulfilled through Amazon MCF are subject to Amazon’s warehouse handling procedures. However:

  • Our 30-day return eligibility rule still applies

  • All refunds and return approvals are managed exclusively through our Shopify store

Customers must contact us directly to initiate any return or refund request.
