Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our Shopify store.
This policy applies to all purchases of meditation cushions and yoga towels, including orders fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Shipping Regions
At this time, we sell and ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed outside the United States may be canceled at our discretion.
Order Processing Time

Once your order is processed, it is handed off to the carrier for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped.

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events are outside of our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos (if applicable).
We will work with the fulfillment provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Notice
Orders fulfilled through Amazon MCF are subject to Amazon’s warehouse handling and carrier selection processes. However:
